  7. 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Wash the bhindi thoroughly and dry it with a kitchen towel. Cut off the top and tail of the bhindi, and slice them into thin pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together besan, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, and salt.
  • Add the sliced bhindi to the bowl and mix well, making sure that each piece is coated with the spice mixture.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the coated bhindi pieces to the pan. Make sure to add them one by one to prevent them from sticking together.
  • Fry the bhindi for 5-6 minutes or until they turn crispy and golden brown. Keep stirring occasionally to ensure that they are cooked evenly.
